Ordering, Returns and exchanges

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

  • Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa and American Express
  • Net Banking - all major banks
  • Debit Carts - all major banks
  • Wallets

Return & Refund Policy: At this time, our company is following strict health and hygiene guidelines to ensure safety for our customers as well as our employees. 

(a)  You may initiate the request for return of the Product if: (i) the Product is damaged; (b) both the Product and shipping package has been damaged; (iii) the Product is defective (iv) the Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on Fabamber.com; or (vii) you are dissatisfied with the purchased Product. You shall initiate such requests for a return within 2 days from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product (“Return Period”).

(b)  You shall keep the Products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, MRP tags attached. We would accept the request for the return of such a Product subject to the terms of this Policy.

(c)  If you have received any Product which is subject to return in terms of this Policy, we suggest you to immediately register a request in this regard by sending an email to orders@fabamber.com with the subject line Return Request for order #ORDERID. Replace ORDERID with your order id. We will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or the non-compliances claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for return.

Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 12 hours of order delivery. Kindly keep the tags intact and products including its packaging in original condition. Return only accepted in case of damaged product, refund can be claimed.

The procedure to claim refund or replacement is as follows:

  1. Please ensure that you shoot an unboxing video of the package and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. Also, make sure that the video is authentic and not staged in any way. Videos with any unusual cuts and edits will not be entertained.
  2. You may then send the video to our contact address at orders@fabamber.com and request for either refund or replacement. 
  3. Once our team verifies the authenticity of the video & claim, we will confirm regarding decision on replacement or refund of the product.
  4. Our teams will contact you for shipping the product back to us along with mailing address. You are then requested to ship the product with its original tags and packaging intact. 
  5. Once we receive the product, we will initiate the replacement or refund as the case may be. 
  6. Replacement or refund might take 7-10 business / working days once acknowledged. 
  7. Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  8. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges can only be processed only once for each item purchased.
  9. Requests for returns / replacement not accepted after 2 days of delivery. 

(d)  Your return will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of the return of such Products, such as the Product being returned in the original condition along with the price tag intact with no damage having occurred post-delivery of the Product while in your possession etc.

(e)  You agree that we will not accept the return of any Product: (i) if you have placed the order for a wrong product model, color, or incorrect Product, (ii) if the Product belongs to a non-returnable Product category (For instance, personalized Products that are not suitable for the return based on their nature), (iii) if you fail to request return/register a complaint in relation to a Non-Compliant Product within the Return Period. Any damage to the Product caused by your improper wearing or safekeeping of the Product, or any modification or change to the Product by you the User, or a third party, or any depreciation in the value for other reasons will not be deemed such Product a Non-Compliant Product and will not be considered a quality problem. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.

(f)  You can return the Product(s), purchased from us provided the Product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:

  • The Product has not been used, cleaned or tampered with by you.
  • The price tag /bar code, brand tags etc are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
  • The Product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
  • Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.
  • We are satisfied that the Product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
  • We reserve the right to reject the return request for a Product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

(g)  Return of purchased Products will be dealt by the customer. 

(h)  Replacement will depend on availability else refund will be processed 

 (h) During online promotional events on our website -

  • A flat discount is applicable on the product cost of selected products only, that are listed on the sale page on our website (when live).
  • The promotional pricing is valid only till stocks lasts.
  • The products on sale are not eligible for any returns/exchanges/refunds.
  • Products purchased on full price cannot be exchanged after being discounted or during a period they are put on discount. These products are not eligible for discounted prices after purchase.
  • No other promotions/coupon codes can be applied on discounted/sale items.
  • There is no discount on shipping charges for discounted products.
  • In case of any conflict, the Sale terms & conditions stated here will apply.
  • Discounts are subject to change without prior intimation. No claims due to this will be entertained.

Please allow 6-10 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry after 5 minutes, after ensuring correct banking credentials are used. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank ac-count within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can drop us an email.

Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items to it. You can place a new order for the items you missed out on adding.

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.


Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing

  • Charges are based on the final weight, volume and pincode of the package to be delivered.
  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days between Monday to Saturday post order confirmation. 
  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
  • Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.

International shipping - Charges and Timing

  • International orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks post order confirmation, however, might change depending on areas served. 
  • Charges are based on the final weight, volume and pincode of the package to be delivered..
  • Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.

We use best courier providers like DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery or any other standard delivery partners which serve your areas.

Orders may take up to 3-7 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Ah! we wish we could this time. You would understand each area has its own delivery partners and we are working hard to get the facility going.

At this point we do not provide reverse pickup. In case you want to return the product, the shipping would be arranged by you.

However, stay tuned for the reverse pickup arrangement which we are working with our delivery partners.

For all international orders, please note, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these might be required by our delivery partners to release your order from customs on arrival.
